Marisela Barbosa is CFO of Monarch Engineering & Developments an Engineering firm focusing in providing sustainable and eco-friendly solutions to commercial, industrial, institutional and governmental clients. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management.
Karla Prieto

Karla Prieto is currently the Diversity Procurement Advocate for nDataStor, a technology company based in Fairfield, CA. Karla currently assists with the development and direction of diversity procurement. nDataStor is a women owned, minority certified and family operated company.
Enrique Rodriguez

Enrique Rodriguez is a Life Insurance Agent with AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. As an agent he educates there members about Life Insurance and Annuities. Enrique has been a resident of Solano County for over 20 years and has seen the many changes it has undergone. The Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce provided him an outlet and opportunity to effect positive change in the community.
Jose G Rivas
Treasurer

José Rivas is currently the Program Director for the Solano County Educational Consortium, the Destination College Advising Corps and the AmeriCorps programs in the Center for Educational Partnerships at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Rivas has over eighteen years of professional experience helping low-income, at-risk youth pursue their post-secondary educational goals. José has provided consulting and training to various youth-serving organizations and has served as a presenter at regional and state-wide professional conferences. In 2010 the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce selected Jose Rivas as the Spirit of Solano Award Recipient.
Dr. Guido Minaya

Dr. Minaya is the Managing Partner of Minaya & Associates, LLC, a minority owned business. Minaya & Associates has core competencies in select areas of corporate and non-profit outsourcing, blended learning, instructional design, dual shore content development and performance based learning. He also serves as Sumaria Networks’ Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and is a member of Sumaria's Industry Expert Advisory Board. As CLO, he oversees a team of 100 Instructors, Instructional Designers, Content Developers and Learning Service Managers who provide global managed learning services, including staff augmentation, to Fortune 500 firms and government organizations.

Maria Zuniga, is a State Farm Agent in Vallejo. As an insurance agent, I take pride in educating my policyholders on protecting themselves and their loves ones properly. My goal is that when they are faced with a disaster, whether is an accident, an illness, a disability or a death, the family will be able to continue their current lifestyle. I take educating my policyholders seriously due to my experience as a social work prior to becoming an agent, and I am aware I cannot prevent a tragedy, but I can assist and help them plan to be preparer to handle the tragedy by being financially prepared. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received my Master's Degree in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento with focus on families and children, and Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and minor in Sociology from Sonoma State University.
Ramon Higuera

Ramon Higuera is the owner of Bugambilias restaurant in Fairfield. Mr. Higuera and his Wife Nora Higuera opened their restaurant 3 years ago. They specialized in serving authentic, traditional Mexican and Salvadorian food.
The Board of Directors consists of eleven members including Executive Officers. The members of the Board of Directors, although volunteers, are active in the operation, management, and promotion of the organization. The immediate past president serves on the Executive Committee.
