“For the last ten years, the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has remained committed to providing scholarships to support local Hispanic youth. It is an honor to recognize their passion for community involvement and academic excellence,” states Doriss Panduro, Solano Hispanic Chamber president.

When Matt Garcia, Fairfield former City Council member, was tragically taken from our community in 2008, the Solano Hispanic Chamber established the Inspire Learning scholarship as way to honor his work in our community and keep his legacy alive.
